Keena (She/Her, They/Them)
Keena is the founder of The Organized Keener. After working in the Fortune 500 world for nearly a decade she honed her administrative skills working as an Administrative Assistant, Event Manager, Facility/Office Manager and then a Construction Project Manager. In 2020, during the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, Keena decided to branch out of her own. She set out to leverage her passions to assist others, grow her creativity and generate efficiency while focusing attention on the smaller businesses and local entrepreneurs that build our communities.
When Keena is not working, you can catch her curled up with her kitty sipping a Nutella latte and bingeing a series on Netflix or reading a new book. She is passionate about travelling the world and loves to capture the memories of her adventures in photographs.

Davene (She/Her)
Davene opened her accounting firm, SWF Solutions Inc. in 2018 out of Gatineau, QC and has partnered with The Organized Keener in 2020. She has utilized her education, experience and passion for finance, accounting and insurance and grown it into a successful business.
Davene holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (majoring in Finance), a diploma in Accounting & is currently working towards her CPA designation (Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada). Before opening SWF Solutions Inc. She has worked in the non-profit, education, medical, banking, real-estate and IT industries in financial, accounting and insurance focused roles.
Outside of the office, Davene is a pillar of her church community and busy mother of four. In her limited spare time, she volunteers with local charities and has an affinity for fashion (especially shoes!).
